This means that before any expert report is written, we personally (“physically” as we say) record your assets and value them according to the actual circumstances – in technical, economic and legal terms.<\/p>\n

This is important because the assets recorded in the asset accounting are determined and recorded according to commercial law and tax regulations. Even after a relatively short period of time, these can deviate considerably from the actual circumstances and thus become unsuitable for many corporate decisions.<\/p>\n
