They also serve as an argumentation and negotiation aid in discussions with your banks and lenders and can help you to obtain better conditions, because the value of your assets influences your rating, your creditworthiness and thus your financing conditions. This ensures continuous monitoring and the correct sum insured.<\/p>\n<p>With the sums insured, new and market values shown by us, you can guarantee a sufficiently high level of insurance cover &#8211; without, however, burdening yourself with excessively high premiums. In order to optimise loan negotiations with the house banks, we recorded and valued all machinery and equipment &#8211; in each case with the new and market value.<\/p>\n<p>With the new value of the equipment, the company was able to correct the insurance sums and the market value served as the basis for the lending value.
